My goal is to capture the essence of each child that steps in front of my camera and to create an easy, custom boutique experience for all families. My service is both personal and professional. I love working with only a few select schools each year in order to provide the most authentic images and the best customer service.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with children for over 15 years and though I do get lots of adorable smiles and giggles, I’ll never force a smile, or a pose. I’ll just focus on the true beauty of that child, on that day. The results are genuine, timeless, (sometimes fun and silly or ;), classic portraits that you will cherish for a lifetime. 

DO YOU ONLY SHOOT ON BLACK BACKDROP?

You will be able to choose which color we use for backdrop! I use several different color backdrops; cream, gray, black or blue which will all be discussed before shoot day.

HOW DOES THIS EXPERIENCE WORK?

The process is simple for both, schools and families. 

A few weeks after picture day, families are linked to password-protected online galleries where they will have the opportunity to purchase their child’s images. The galleries will be set up according to grade and class or whatever grouping makes sense for the school. Each child will have approximately 2-5 images in their gallery, in both color and black & white. Families will be able to choose one or more images that they want to be printed. I offer a variety of prints, traditional print packages, as well as some boutique items such as canvases and digital downloads for future printing and archiving. 

Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the school within a few weeks of picture day.

Upon request, I provide the school with all high-resolution digital files to use for yearbooks, websites, IDs, or however the school wishes to use its images.

I will handle all questions from parents and families about picture day and the ordering process.

Depending on school needs, class and staff photos are provided.

Every school is unique. I am willing to work with schools to provide custom services.

WHAT TIME OF YEAR DO YOU CONDUCT THE SCHOOL PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE?

I work with each individual school to schedule shoots at any time of the year. That being said, I realize fall and spring are busy times of the year for everyone. The slower winter months seem to be a great time for some cool school photos! :)
